School Dinners
Excellent quality, fresh, nutritious and tasty food is provided to our school children, with a choice of dishes that parents and children may choose together from four options each day. Pupils in Reception to Year 2 (KS1) receive universal free school meals. From Year 3 meals are charged at the current cost of £2.61 per day (£1.90 for Nursery lunches). Families are asked to choose school meals in advance each week using ScoPay, either online www.scopay.com or via the ScoPay app. The menu for each week is displayed in the meal choices section on ScoPay. Parents can book school meals up to 9.00am on the the day via the ‘Order Meals’ button on Scopay. Please note this can only be done if there is a positive balance in the account.

Packed Lunch vs School Food Poster
Packed Lunches
Children who bring packed lunches are able to eat with those having school meals. For the health and wellbeing of the children, while being fair and equitable to all, we ask that all packed lunches brought from home and consumed in school provide pupils with healthy and nutritional food that meets national standards. We advocate a balanced packed lunch and we ask that children do not bring chocolate, sweets, salty snacks or fizzy drinks. All children are encouraged to bring a water bottle to school throughout the year, which they can keep on their desk.
A healthy lunch box will contain the following:
- A carbohydrate of some kind. For example, sandwich, pitta bread, wrap, crackers
- A protein of some kind in the sandwich/pitta bread/wrap etc. For example, cheese, turkey, ham, tuna, chicken, beans
- At least one piece of fruit or vegetable
Due to severe allergies, we are a nut free school. Please DO NOT send your child in with products containing nuts, sesame or seeds in lunchboxes or snacks.
Allergy awareness
Pupils are not allowed to leave the school premises at lunchtime, unless they go home for dinner
